The operating rod (Hot Sticks)consists of a working head, an insulating rod and a grip. It is used in closed or unopened high voltage disconnectors, for mounting and unloading grounding cables, and for measurements and tests.
1) Insulation rod: It is made of high quality epoxy resin tube with excellent insulation performance and mechanical strength, light weight and moisture treatment.
2) Grip: It is bonded with silicone rubber sheath and silicone rubber umbrella skirt. It has excellent insulation performance and is safe and reliable.
3) Work head: It is firmer, safer and more reliable with the built-in structure.

Application:
It is mainly used for insulating tools that operate on live equipment for a short period of time, such as turning on or off the high-voltage isolating switch, dropping the fuse, attaching and detaching the portable grounding wire, and using it for measurement and testing.
